I'm sitting in the libaray right now watching youtube videos of freight trains running through various places and it occured to me to ask the question above in here.
I have thought about attempting this myself, but I wouldn't know where to jump on, where to jump off, or how I would get back to where I was.
A few benefits of this type of fun are;
1) The crew most likely wouldn't see you jump on.
2) If they did, they'd have to STOP the train to catch you (at which point you can jump off before they get to you).
3) Nobody on the ground would be able to steal your clothes. You would have to take care to place them in a location on the train that they wouldn't blow away.
4) Nobody on the ground would be able to keep up with the train (especially anyone who is visiting that area from somewhere else and therefore doesn't know where the train tracks go to).
5) By the time someone could call anyone to tell them that there is a naked person (or naked people) on the train you could have gotten dressed, jumped off, and disappeared into the local scenery.
I would like to try this someday.
Would do the rest of you think?
